The drama, the music, and the cartoon played the whole act and it worked amazingly well. From the old Disney Short called “The Old Mill” which features a windmill, Drawn to Life Presented by Cirque du Soleil had a duel “Wheel of Death” act that matched the windmill perfectly. The acts themselves are well choreographed and are a highlight to an already amazing story taking place. Scar, Ursula, Evil Queen, Jafar, and many others lend their evil laugh to the story.

The technology of the screens, the surround sound, the moving lights, and set pieces all play an integral part in telling the story. Then proceeds to get brighter and more vivid as the show progresses. The show itself feels like we were living in a dull world, drab of colors. One of the simplest characters of the night, a Pillow, gets the crowd going with a few rounds of clapping. After they were done drawing and escorted back to the parents, the drawings were featured on the big screen. Children were brought up onto the stage and asked to draw for about 8 minutes.
